
The multidisciplinary courses are available to health care professionals working in a relevant field, or with a special interest. For nurses, a first degree is not a requirement.
These courses are delivered in a blended e-Learning format (from March 2009). There are compulsory attendance residential taught components in Glasgow.

The 2011-2012 Research Awards application closing date is fast approaching. The ISTM Research Award program provides moderate grants each year designed to stimulate travel medicine research by supporting comprehensive research projects. For larger projects, the grants may provide support for pilot studies to enable researchers to collect data/test hypotheses so that they can then apply to other agencies for more substantive research grants.
